Jar lables

This is a really nice way to label jars. If I were making jam this would be a fun way of labelling them.

Such an awesome bag. At first I thought it was a necklace, but it's a very heavy beaded bag.

Shower curtain

I like this shower curtain how to instructions can be found at poppy talk.

{Image from house and home}

I have actually made my own out of a sheer material. Not sure I like the effect with sheer but it's not bad as my bathroom is super small so it doesn't close in the space.

Her is an example of a similar shower curtain.

Sweater Throw

A great way of recycling old sweaters with torn hands, or stains which you still like but are just worn is to make a sweater throw out of them. You can still enjoy there worn in goodness but in a different way.

Lunch bag

Make your own kits of the above bags can be bought from The Haby Goddess.
I want to make a lunch bag. Currently I am using one from oxfam which I like. But I think a little carry bag would be cute.
If you want to make your own purlbee has instructions.
I prefer to make my own pattern. I plan to use this sack that was given to me. It is actually a african drum bag. I’m thinking that this material can’t get too dirty. I will let you know how this works out.
Tips from The Haby Goddess on choosing material:
1. Use an oilcloth fabric so you can just wipe it down if you don't want to continually wash it.
2. Add a waterproofing spray to the fabric inside & out so protect against spillage stains.
3. Add an insulating fabric to help keep food cooler
